American Lung Association 
was one of the "non" profits who've benefited from grants from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.  You might find it interesting that ALA put out this publication which was FUNDED by the RWJF promoting Johnson & Johnson smoking cessation products. 
 
Remember that RWJF was created by the founder of Johnson & Johnson and funded with J&J stock.  So when smoking cessation products are sold (as a result of the laws RWJF got through through their grant giving) RWJF and J&J profit.
