How do Anti-smokers get and keep bans?

Simple: THEY LIE

Assemblyman Mark Manendo, D-Las Vegas, claims in this article published in the Las Vegas Sun that "only one of many calls and emails was in support" of SB 372, a bill that would have amended Nevada's Clean Air Act.

Just another lie to promote just another ban. One of the rules to telling a lie: make sure you can't get caught with proof of the lie.

Opponents of Ohio Bans has been forwarded copies of emails that were sent to Assemblyman Manendo. Evidently, Manendo can't count past the number "one". Here are the emails that we know about:
